    Absolutely amazing.. came out straight away. Lovely poilte gentleman.. admin was amazing also were out within an hour and half after speaking to the lovely receptionist who has very helpful. Did the job very well. Would definitely use again and highly recommended 👌

    Roof refurbishment

    My roof needed new felt, battens and quite a lot of tiles. SBSSW Ltd have been my go to for several years fitting Kitchen, flooring and repairs after burst pipe. Always excellent so was fully confident to ask them again. Everyone who attends has been professional, polite and a true craftsperson taking pride in the finished result. Happy to recommend.

    Repairs to flat roof.

    I have used SBS for two small jobs recently. The first involved replacing roten timbers supporting an up and over garage door and tracing the source of a leak in the garage roof. The repairs were done promptly and efficiently and to a very high standard. More recently SBS have replaced a flat roof over my boiler room, which had been badly botched by a previous builder. Andy, the roofer, did a brilliant job and it was clear that he took a real pride in his work. The roof now looks good for another twenty years ! All the tradesmen involved have been charming and courteous.

    Illusive Water Ingress

    A very practical estimate for the work was presented, with realistic possibilities of what might be required once the defect was exposed. The work team (8 individuals over 4 trades) were very experienced and skilled. A good plan was made, and the job finished to a high standard. Water ingress is very difficult to tie down, so time will tell if it’s 100% effective, but further options are possible if there is a residual problem.

    Renovation of kitchen

    SBS undertook the complete renovation of our kitchen including replacing floor boards, repairing walls, tiling and damp proofing. The kitchen fittings, electrics, and plumbing were totally removed and replaced with new. SBS provided brick-layers, plasterers, carpenters, tilers, electricians and plumbers. The work was started on time and completed much quicker than we had expected given the scale and complexity of the work. Costs exclude the new kitchen fixtures and fittings.

    Roof repair due to damp issue

    This was the first time we had used SBS Builders. Glad to say the process was very easy from the initial inspection of the issue to the resolution. Andi the roofer arrive on time and was very professional, friendly and helpful, completed the work in a timely manner to a very good standard.     Remove internal cupboard and small window then install two new windows

    This is the third time I have personally used SBS for building work in my home. On every occassion I have found them to be excellent. The work has been completed within the time and at the price estimated. They left no mess or unwanted materials behind at the completion of the job. All their tradesmen were polite and friendly and they were very careful to protect the interior of my home from potential damage and dust. Lyn, the office manager, always kept me informed As an aside SBS have done work on our village hall and church and their officials share my opinion
