Very helpful and friendly. Fixed the problem quickly and efficiently

Boiler broke down last week and Silviu came out so quickly to assist with what we thought was the problem. Even helped us find rhe correct part our side to speed up the fix. Turns out it was a different issue and boiler needed to be changed. SCAF managed to obtain and fit a whole new boiler within 3 hours. Amazing, friendly and professional service, Even offered to help with any issues that may arise via video Great value for money, zero mess left behind. Was upfront and honest about all costs and potential set backs if problems not fixed. Talked me through the set up and use of the new boiler

Job completed in 1.5hrs. Arrived when said they would. Cost per 30mins was high in my opinion but the job needed doing so was in a position I had to accept. Knowledgeable and efficient just pricey.

Silviu rang very swiftly after the job was posted and came within 2 hours, which is invaluable when you have a lot going on and only 1 day at home! He was polite and fixed it in about 30mins. It's a set few. Would definitely recommend

Person I spoke to on the phone , was nice enough, however the guy who showed up to do the job , was unfriendly and not very talkative, call out charge seems expensive compared to other quotes received after I had agreed this , and they also charge VAT , even though it says they are not VAT registered.
