Scarlett Building Solutions carried out extensive alteration, construction, restoration and decoration to a very high degree of excellence. Having used Scarlett Building Solutions earlier last year for a new loft and bathroom, we also had the company repair and renovate our entrance hall. The ceiling had to be replaced and a wall re-plastered, and ceramic tiles laid on the floor. New lighting was installed in the hall. A wall in the adjoining room was also re-plastered. The work was was completed swiftly, without fuss or excessive mess. We were very happy with the work and will certainly use this business again.

Comprehensive kitchen renovation. New floor, walls, refurbishment and repainting of units, and installation of underfloor heating, new lighting, new worktop and new appliances. Richard has an excellent and professional team with a wide range of skills, and whose workmanship is of high quality, with meticulous attention to detail. Our old loft bedroom/bathroom was in dire need of refurbishment and the roof was leaking; with advice from architects and structural engineers we decided to remove the existing loft and have a new one built. We engaged Scarlett Building Solutions to do this. The work was undertaken with the minimum of inconvenience to us and we were able to continue living at home the whole time. We were consulted at every stage, with everything explained as the work progressed. The team were punctual, efficient and tidy, and they were reliable. We are very happy to recommend this company.

Taking up a downstairs granite floor tile in order to access telephone cabling underneath. Once telephone cabling work was completed, cutting and laying down a new granite floor tile, including cutting a small circular hole in the new tile so as to be able to access telephone cabling in the future (if needed).
