Re-commission a dormant house security alarm system
Punctual arriving. Seemed familiar with my installation. Quickly made the adjustments needed. Checked the whole alarm system and left it in full working order. Stephen is very pleasant to deal with.

Supply and install gate security (which was a technical challenge) and CCTV
Stephen was very good from start to finish very professional. I had tried a few companies to fit a magnetic lock on a timer to our pedestrian gate. Scarlett were the only company with the technical skills to fit the system. Good honest service at a reasonable price!

Repair faulty fire alarm, service fire alarm system and service emergency lighting
Our usual fire alarm engineer wasn't contactable, so I contacted three companies to try and get someone out as there was a fault on our fire alarm due to a failed smoke detector. Steve called me straight back and arranged to attend later the same day. He brought with him the necessary parts, having asked what the issue was, and repaired it within an hour. He also carried out a service to ensure there were no other faulty detectors. He was very efficient, new exactly what to do, and the detectors. He did an excellent job, and I highly recommend him.

Replace outdated domestic intruder alarm system
