Laminate flooring
Firstly, they came one day later than supposed. I explained them what I wanted to be done, also some other extras, they seemed to understand. At the end of the day, they told me and insisted me that they want me to be paid cash (probably to avoid paying taxes, I have informed HMRC also because they have not given me any invoice) and that they would come to finish the job left the day after, I still waiting for them to show up, they took the cash and they run away.Verified reviewerJob location: BS710 Posted 21 November 2019
