All round great!
Really great painting of the high wall by the staircase, very neat and looks actually perfect now it’s dried! Provided a reasonable quote really quickly and then came to fill in bits of damage before coming back soon after to paint. From quote to painted wall was only about three days. About SC Electrics & Property Maintenance. SC Electrics has been running for 23 years.
I have been carrying out since I was an apprentice at 16 years old. I am now 42 so plenty of experience, I did my apprenticeship in a place called Evesham (Midlands) for a small family run business, I left once I was 21 and set up my own company, in this time I have built 5 houses renovated 2 and also run an online retail company (still in the family). For the last 3 years my work has gone more towards doing up rooms for customers, a customer will give me say a rundown bedroom I go in and completely renovate and give them a finished project at the end. Please see pictures of some of these I have done. I will work with the customer to get the room of their dreams or as close as I can.
I worked for an estate agents for about 5 years before moving away, they were based in Evesham and carried out all their property maintenance on the rental properties they looked after.
Worked also for an interior designer and many large building companies.
I am happy to carry out any rental work needed done, work very well with tenants, all I would need are their details and I will deal direct with them (also direct with estate agents if needed). I will then invoice you after work is complete, with pictures sent over to you of completed work. Then to be paid via bank transfer on the day of completion.
