  Conservatory new roof

  Dave completed the job to our satisfaction and went the extra mile to deal with minor issues on the guttering, returning on a couple of occasions to put it right, would recommend Sceptre.

  Building Two additional upstairs Dormer Windows on an existing Bungalow

  This father and sons team was courteous and always arrived on time, the work was of the highest calibre and any questions I had were answered thoughtfully, they made several suggestions which were taken up, and were willing to carry out additional internal work at a reasonable price. I would have no problem recommending them to other people, plus they had a lovely little dog called Brody who accompanied the boss Steve when on site! 10 out of 10. They also liaised well with the Building Inspector and other trades on site.

  Remove interior wall to create open plan. Complete redesign and fit of kitchen and utility room.

  I have used Sceptre over the years for many jobs. Work is to high standard. They are polite and reliable. They were very accommodating when I requested additional work in adjoining rooms. I am delighted with their work. Costs and timings were appropriate and were communicated clearly. The tradesmen working alongside them were equally polite and reliable.   Joinery. Cutting quite a complicated pitched roof. Also Laying a warm roof on a large flat roof.

  The Lunt family and employees really are a cut above. This is the second luxury new build I have use them for and I wouldn’t use any one else for Carpentary. Reasonable, neat and efficient. I’m a self builder and they are also brimming with neat ideas to solve the occasional puzzle that can arise with bespoke construction. They take real pride in they’re work and the results can be spectacular. They’re also extremely well connected and have passed on details of other trades people who share their customer 1st philosophy and integrity. Zach Hills Dec 2021
