• We had 2 windows fitted but 1 won't open.

  we have had an awful experience. One window will not tilt but at no point were we told the window would not tilt open. The owner Neil did the first sales visit and the survey but never mentioned the fact that the window wouldn't open. Either it was a genuine mistake or he was determined to sell us a window regardless. Quality of the wood work on both architraves really awful. Both internal sills held on by sealant not screws. Owner Neil has apologised in writing twice but offered us £100 which we have refused as we are taking this further as we cannot open the window to clean the outside

  The two installers, Tony and Dean, were very polite, very tidy and cracked on with the job from the moment they arrived. The glazing has improved the look of the house and I would recommend SCI to anyone, but do hide the chocolate Hobnobs if Dean is on your install !

  I am happy with the SCI job. Terry arrived early, followed by his teammates Lee and Jamie. They are a good team. Terry helped cover all the furniture and the team cleaned up all the rubbish and reinstalled the curtains. Well done to the team. I am happy with my new windows. I was deeply impressed and appreciated by their professional work attitude. And the instalments are very fair and allow you to view the progress of the work and pay the final payment on the completion date. Thank you again.

  Over the past couple of decades we've refurbished a number of properties and had numerous window companies complete works. For this project in London, we met a number of glazing companies, and compared their products, guarantees, competitiveness and reviews before selecting SCI Windows. SCI were incredibly knowledgable, helpful, efficient and most importantly they completed an excellent job. I very rarely recommend companies, but have no hesitation recommending SCI, this family run business and would not hesitate to use them again.
