Initial communications were good. I had a couple of questions regarding injecting into render. I was passed onto Rob, there Technical expert, this is when the issues started. Sent several emails and made calls but could never get hold of him. I then booked in an extraction with there call centre with the promise of Rob getting in contact. The appointment day came and went and no one showed and without any comms. I made calls and sent emails, again no reply. More time passed, called the company, promises of someone calling back but never happened. Just a massive waste of time.

They were quick and cleaned up after themselves. They were slightly late but the office called and told me so wasn't a problem

SCIS were really reliable and tidy. The guys who done the work were really friendly and called me the day before to check it was still okay to carry out the work. Excellent service.

I felt the difference immediately. Very tidy and punctual.
