Came out to look at the job within 24 hour and gave me a detailed quote, so we fixed a date to do the work. He was on time, explained what he was doing (which I appreciated as my plumbing knowledge is minimal and its good to learn!) and what else might need doing in future as this was a quick fix to a water tank my house shouldn't actually have in the first place. Would definitely recommend

It was a pleasure dealing with Scott, turned up for the booking on time and went above and beyond to fix the problem. He is a really nice guy and fixed the problem in the classroom and made the teachers really happy. Highly recommended
