Fit Nest thermostat
Scott fitted my Nest thermostat for me. He was super friendly, quick, arrived when he said and did a great job. I’ll definitely call him for any future jobs.

Leak in pipe leading into boiler was supposed to have been fixed
Scott said he had fixed the pipe above the boiler that was leaking. It was not fixed and carried on dripping onto the top of the boiler. I have now been advised that the boiler is unsafe and needs replacing as a result.
Boiler service and smart heating installation
Booked for a boiler service, but after completing the service he wasn’t 100% happy with the readings. Scott didn’t charge for the service because he knew we’d have to pay for the Ideal Engineer call out and work... and he was right, several parts were replaced and the cost was less than he could’ve charged. Scott also came to our rescue after I failed to install Nest smart heating myself (despite his thorough guidance over the phone), he attended the next day to fit it for us. Scott is polite, friendly, knowledgable, trustworthy, honest, reliable and a pleasure to deal with!
New boiler and new gas pipes through entire house.
Very happy with work done. Friendly, courteous team. Very good communication. Would happily recommend and use again without any reservations.

Scot is amazing man,hes always end of the phone to help ,he done new boiler for me ,he was very quick and reliable,help for other things to like my drain was blocked he arranged someone to coming do the job.Hes very hard working man.I would always recommend him.
