Alex turned up at the agreed day and time and always clearly communicated if there were any delays. Quickly identified the issues, communicated and clearly described what was needed and offered a concise plan. Arranged for when the work would be complete and had it done in good time. When our old boiler finally gave up the ghost I was gutted. Nobody wants to find the money for a new boiler at any point of the year. We were recommended Alex from Scorchio by the engineer who had serviced our boiler for the past few years. Alex was really quick to respond and visited the site within days, offering his quote later the same day. Within a week we had the new boiler installed and working. Minimum fuss, really nice guy - friendly, professional and answers messages and calls within minutes. Would heartily recommend.
