  Bathroom

  Not up to standard by any means. Had to employ plasterer to re do a wall he did. Wetwall split it and did not cut it straight. Plumbing had to repair his leaks and pipes not straight did not fix bath properly it moves when you step in it and panel not fitted. Tiling was a joke even after he came back had to re-grout the entire job 3 tiles were loose it takes skill to do the gap different on every tile. Floor tiles not fitted properly. Will have to get a proper trades person in to re do everything.

  New bathroom suite and shower screen fitted

  Initially said 3/4 days to complete and then on second day said would finish that day. Slap dash work, on his phone a lot, not concentrating on job. Didn’t have the tools/equipment required. Even I went to toolstation/screwfix for silicone etc. Left on both days saying going to other jobs. We told him not to bother coming back as can’t finish the job right when he was here, didn’t want him back in the house. Left with cold shower, low bath pressure and silicone bodged like a child had done it and mess

  During this job i was on my phone a few times. I am a sole trader and have to answer calls to get work. Mrs hayworth had told me they were strapped for money and her husband may be facing the sack as i was on a day rate i said i could finish that day but they may have to clean some bits. The customer volunteered to go to tool station when i said i needed to go hardly me asking. Finally at the end of the day i said i would come back tomorrow as i was unhappy with silicone finish wich they were happy with. The next day i text to say i was coming and would be 15 minutes and they told me not to come back Also i never touched thier shower if its cold perhaps they should top thier gas up

  New Kitchen Fitted
