    Washing machine stuck on lock

    Worts nightmare- get home from holiday and the washing machine stuck on lock with our first load in. Within 30 minutes I had sourced Scott and he was out to fix and repair our machine the following morning. Great communication. All completed as promised

    Washing machine repair

    Scott attended to diagnose the problem quicker than I was prepared for as I only had a small window of time but he assured me he will get to my flat within that time. And so he did, diagnosed the problem and fixed in that small window of time and discounted me as job was minor. I can’t t thank Scott enough.

    Faulty working washing machine

    Honest statement that 'he' (of Scotts) was limited in what he could do to repair at reasonable cost the washing machine faults (dirt in water at end of run and very noisy when spinning) I reported. This was good support for my decision not to call him out and proceed with directly buying a new machine.

I have been repairing washing machines for about four years now and learned a lot through my father who himself has over 40 years’ experience, so you could say that repairing washing machines is in my blood.

I have a certificate of competency through the Harlow Appliance Academy and you can view a picture of this in my picture gallery.
