    Planning Permission

    Sarah has been absolutely invaluable in every way. From the initial meeting to being granted planning permission was efficiently dealt with by Sarah. Our complicated project involved the conversion of a single dwelling chalet bungalow with large extension into 2 x 2 bedroom houses. Not an easy task in the South Downs National Park ! Every detail was handled with absolute professionalism. Communication, advice, patience with us and her experience in planning was unsurpassed. We would 100% recommend her. Denise and Robin Hall

    Full planning application

    Sarah was amazing, she saw the project through from start to finish and it was completed on time, her advice and guidance were incredible as was her manner and approachability. I thoroughly recommend her, everything was flawless.

    Planning for a new dwelling submission

    Sarah is approachable, kind and very professional. The pre-application sent by the previous architect to planning came back very negative. Sarah undertake the job and she was at all times committed to get me the best results with planning but always sticking to the most realistic outcomes. After my terrible experience with the previous person, Sarah managed to trust her and the process. Sarah got me with the best results ever. As the new application for the dwelling was accepted. She has changed my life I could not recommend Sarah enough.

    Conversion of listed building into flats

    I simply would not have been able to carry out the flat conversions without SC Planning. Sarah's extensive knowledge and excellent communication resulted in choosing the right route to achieve planning permission for a highly complicated project. They met all the deadlines, were very proactive throughout the project and consulted all relevant parties on my behalf. I will definitely choose them again for my next project and would recommend them to everyone I come across who is looking to undertake building works.
