  Fascia repair and replacement guttering

Simon did a fantastic job replacing part of a rotten fascia and replacement guttering to the front of our house. The job was scheduled quickly and Simon and the team were on time both days. Simon was thorough and explained every step of the job which was reasonably priced and completed to a really high quality. Will be using the company for any future jobs.

Very nice people. Very quick to respond and did the job two days later after getting a quote. Would definitely recommend.

  Outstanding!

Simply exceptional! I can’t praise Simon and his team enough. I found SC Property maintenance on Check A Trade after asking for quote for Soffits, Facias and exterior repaint. I had a good feeling immediately. The work they done was not only Stella but attention to detail impeccable. Communication was fantastic and very clean and tidy work. Lovely team but above all, very courteous to me and my home. I was so impressed I asked Simon and the team back a month later to do my flat roof! If you’re looking for quality workmanship, reasonable price and phenomenal service look no further!!

  More than happy to recommend

Delighted! Simon provided acceptable quote and provided honest feedback on the state of the guttering showing me ‘before’ and ‘after’ photos to evidence the work done. More than happy to recommend and happy to use again. Thanks Simon
