  Jason has done a really neat job taking up my old bathroom floor vinyl tiles and replacing them with new porcelain terrazzo tiles. This is the 2nd bathroom he has worked on for me and nothing is too much trouble for him. He can do it all, from temporarily taking out the toilet to trimming the door and tiling of course. He takes care to get things right, is 100% trustworthy and a pleasure to have in the house. Can't recommend enough.

  Excellent, stress free bathroom refit.

  We were very happy with the work carried out by Scrase property which consisted of gutting and refitting our bathroom. Everything was done to a high standard and in the time stated. Jason is a very kind and considerate person to have around and went to great lengths to explain every stage of the project to us. He managed every part of the project from sourcing fittings to organising the waste clearance. I would highly recommend him.

  En suite refurbishment

  I couldn’t recommend Scrase Property enough, the quality of Jason’s workmanship is second to none as his attention to detail. Jason was especially helpful when it came advising on how best to implement ideas such as furniture and tile placement. He was happy to listen and discuss all of my ideas and created the perfect bathroom.

  New bathroom start to finish

  Cannot recommend Jason highly enough. He was warm, professional and a joy from start to finish. Pricing was fair, accurate and consistent. No hidden 'surprises' and excellent value. His work is tip top, no corners cut anywhere and attention to detail throughout. We could not be more pleased with our new bathroom. Great job!

  Bathroom refurbishment.

  On needing a bathroom to be refurbished, I decided on Scrase Property. I have no regrets. Jason Scrase is Professional, Polite and helpful. As a tradesmen, I was struck by how clean and tidy he left my home each day. Excellent job. I do highly recommend Scrase Property.

  Supply and fit new taps, also new inlet and parts associated with the cistern.

  I have used Jason for many years and he never lets us down. His previous jobs were to a high standard, which included a shower room refit and refurb. It was a no brainer calling on Jason’s skillset once again, and he did very well with the jobs tasked. In fact what started off as one simple job extended into three which he was able to complete at a good pace. It was a simple replace two taps in separate bathrooms, as well as a new flush system for a toilet cistern in this occasion on top of the emergency aid we had from him, as a flexihose had ruptured the night before. Thank you.
