The designer came up with good ideas. Sometimes it was difficult to envisage some areas of design although he took time to explain them we feel it would have been helpful to have been able to meet with him to discuss options rather than just conduct matters over Zoom. The designer was conscious of the drawings being acceptable to Planning which proved to be the case, to our relief. He did an excellent job with Building Control drawings which were very complicated and detailed. He was always available over email to discuss any issues which arose.

I was recommended the services of SD Building plans by a friend who had used them in the past. From first point of contact Scott was courteous, was happy to answer any questions I had and explained the whole process to me clearly. When Scott visited my premises he was punctual and gave me some good advice on designs that would be possible for my building project. After this, all work like the design of plans and completion of planning applications were taken care of promptly. The whole process from start to finish was made simple by Scott. I do not hesitate in recommending his services.

As novice renovators, Scott has had enormous patience and given advice with our too-ing and fro-ing over big design decisions. Scott has smoothly guided us through the planning process and answered our endless questions as we embark upon our build, all in a really timely manner.
