  Bathroom Renovation

  Was recommended by couple of colleagues who had major work done by the builder. I personally met the builder at my parents house to discuss converting an existing Bathroom to a large wetroom including knocking a wall down of a small storeroom. The builder was very accomodating,knew exactly what I wanted for my parents.We agreed the cost......I supply all materials required and time scale for the work to complete which went over due to no fault of he's.I even had a change of plan while he was working but no issues he happily fulfilled it. Would definitely recommend.

  I’m very pleased with the work carried out on my house. He was professional, reliable, and completed everything to a very high standard. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and he made sure the job was done properly from start to finish. He was also punctual, tidy, and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process.   Highly recommended!

  Entire 70’s house renovation from top to bottom plus rear extension, garage conversion/double storey extension - SD construction and team have been amazing at bringing this old house up to a modern family home. Subash and team work to a high standard, go above and beyond, great workmanship and attention to detail. Subash takes pride in his work and can be seen through the finishing. Highly recommended!

  Subhash is an excellent person and builder. He is committed to his words and has helped us in crucial times. He has an amazing work ethic and good knowledge of his work. His quality is good and his speed is amazing. We love working with him. I have done many projects with him at my house and at my work. He is the man I call for anything. He never says no.
