Basin taps constantly dripping and clients children are unable to shut off the water and were left running resulting in higher water bills.
New quarter turn with lever handles so it's easier for the kids to turn off and save those pennies from dripping down the drain!

Unfortunately not even a cable tie could save this sink so the customer bought a replacement.
This was the customers choice and it had a pull out head which was a nice detail.

This old instant hot water tap had rusted away and was not longer working
Disconnected and new hot and cold taps. The hot feed was now connected by a larger water heater that fed both WCs for the mechanics that worked here.

Another commercial property thay needed a small basin with hot and cold feeds in both their staff WC's. For those that wonder the pipe underneath is a gas pipeline not a waste pipe
This old basin was not working out for this family.
