The owner made only 1 brief visit to the site after job commenced and only after his team had been working on four different days. Thus there was no onsite briefing of the team of our requirements. The team members changed from day to day and the one most often attender said this was his biggest job and 1st outside job. The result was in our opinion, inadequate supervision, poor communication, inadequate preparation of surfaces and incomplete coverage.
Instead of gloss or satin paint normally specified for painting on wood, the team used without our agreement a MASONRY paint, (photo attached)

The masonry paint was used too paint the exterior walls on your property I have the receipt for satin gloss that you see yourself
