From the day I submitted a request for a quote, Sean was fantastic, very responsive, and willing to explain in detail anything I was unsure of. On the day of the replacement, which included the removal of three tanks (1 in an upstairs room and 2 in the loft), Sean was very professional, dealt with any obstacles efficiently, and ensured everything was clean before marking the job as complete. Will be recommending Sean to friends and family!
