  Replacement of roof

  Unfortunately this is not the review that I wanted to be leaving. Work started on our roof back in July and 5 months on we still have a section that is not completed. After multiple times saying that he would be done the following week this has not happened. Resulting in the summer months having leaks in our flat and leaving our garden full of rubbish. We are still waiting on a response and for the final part to be completed. Very disappointing considering we have given them multiple chances for updates and the work to be finished.

  Sam and his team did a great job on our roof, from the first text to the last tile laid was very professional, punctual and enthusiastic, scaffolding was taken down in the same week as them completing the work Thanks Sam

  Replacement Roof Nightmare

  This is a tough review to post as he did a good job replacing my roof. However, he left a trail of destruction that I am still trying to fix six weeks after he started. From flooding my property after stripping one full side on day one, to a crack appearing in my bedroom to leaving a massive pile of mess on my driveway whilst he went on holiday. Add the fact he damaged my fascia, left a skip on my drive and here we are six weeks after he started and two weeks after I paid him in full, and I've still got scaffolding around my property. Oh, and he's now blocked my number
