Cladding Replacement
Replace some old cladding around the outside of the house. Simon came when he said he would. Gave a realistic fixed price quote which he stood by even when additional material was required. He was friendly and polite with a real passion for his work. He enjoyed what he was doing and that showed in the finish or the job. A reliable, professional and friendly builder
Simon demolished a wall between kitchen and dining room, moved fittings, propped ceiling , inserted steel joist and made good. He was polite, thoughtful and tidy throughout with good communications. Good work at a fair price.
Simon provided some practical information when he came to do the estimate. We were having a section of our workshop taken down and a new door fitted. All work was carried out in the agreed timescale to a high standard and everything left clean and tidy. The final cost matched the estimate. Velux window installation and glass panel fitted between two rooms.
Simon provided us with a thorough quote, clearly outlining exactly what work would be undertaken, with clear identification of the breakdown of the costs and no unexpected extras. When it came to the work, Simon was punctual, friendly and answered our queries, and worked hard, leaving our site clean and secure from the elements at the end of each day.
