  Intercom Entry Systems

  Problem with intercom entry system

  I requested help with the intercom system within my block of flats and Connor contacted me immediately. We talked about the problem and he explained the possible reasons for my intercom not working along with the call out fee. We agreed a time when he would call that afternoon and he arrived on time. We tested the system on my intercom and one of my neighbours in my block and it turned out that the problem was not just my intercom but a flat wide issue. I reported this to my management company and they will take forward and fix under our maintenance agreement. I am so grateful to Connor for confirming what the issue was, he was very efficient, helpful and knowledgeable and I can’t fault his service.

  Electric Gate Repair

  Excellent company

  We live in a large block and the gates had not been working properly for many years. A number of contractors had attended and provided “fixes” but problems continued. We approached Hivetech without great expectation because of the above. However, Connor attended, assessed and advised, suggesting a cause of the problem which no other contractor had. We felt in good hands so gave him the green light. He carried out works quickly and the gates now work perfectly. Connor is meticulous and clearly knows what he is talking about. I rarely like to recommend contractors but have no reservations here
