  The engineer arrived as promised within 20 minutes of our call, immediately identified the issue, and resolved it. He also explained everything as he was doing the repair. I would highly recommend this engineer.

  Call out was for a simple pipe leak, but proved to need additional diagnostics and repairs

  Steve was initially called out for a simple pipe-leak repair, however following the repair further inspection found electrical wiring issues and underfloor heating pump failure. Steve ordered and fitted the pump and ensured the system was working well before leaving. It was good to use a tradesperson who was capable and knowledgeable... Many thanks Steve!
