10 Drain / Sewer Clearance

Drain clearance
Had an existing drain problem that had been causing us problems on and off for a couple of years where every 3/4 monhs our man holes would fill up (very fustrating) called dyno-rod for the first time who were a bit more expensive than others but as they say you get what you pay for . Dyno sent their technician Rob around to us who very quickly sussed out the problem which was half a brick trapped in the manhole at the entrance of the pipe /drain.Rob was very direct and clear and talked me through everything he was doing which was great , I would happily have Rob back to do any future works??Verified reviewerJob location: SO2310 Drain / Sewer Clearance

Blocked sink.
I cannot speak highly enough of Dyno employee, Mr. Jake Forster. I telephoned Dyno on 24th December and, that afternoon, was lucky enough to find Jake at the door. Jake immediately attended to the problem that I had been experiencing, as the competent Engineer that he is. He also answered my questions which, as an older person, served to reassure me. It was a pleasure meeting Jake - he's affable and courteous, and went out of his way to help me. This type of exemplary service is not often found nowadays. Blocked toilet
Had to call in Dyno-Rod to clear a blocked toilet. Geoff (from Hampden Park) quickly attended and cleared the problem whilst also checking through the whole system for any further problems. We now have a comprehensive knowledge of the layout which is most useful. Clear a blockage

I am sorry you have felt the need to express your dissatisfaction on this public platform. The last visit to your property was in January 2022. Unfortunately there was a relationship breakdown during this visit resulting in the welfare of our staff being compromised. As the welfare of our staff is paramount, we have chosen not to re attend and recommended you use another contractor.

Blocked gully replacement (back garden)
Colin and Conor did excellent job in replacing an old gully in the back garden of our house. It was so blocked that every time it rained, the garden was flooded as water wasn’t draining. TW & WA Chadwick Ltd are a local Dyno-Rod franchise established in 1988 to provide help to people with blocked drains in Surrey. Our franchise is a family run business, originally set up by Terry Chadwick. From the very beginning, his sons Wayne and Glen joined him in the business and the trio set out with two vehicles between them. Now we have over 14 vans and 27 staff. We believe our high standards of work and passion for customer service have given us the opportunity to expand our business to the size it is today.
In 1997 Wayne became a partner in the business and when Terry retired in 2000, Wayne and his wife Kelly took over the running of it. Their son Scott also joined the firm straight from school – it really is a family business!
Wayne says, ‘We are proud to have long-serving, highly experienced staff. We believe in training people up, under the guidance of our skilled staff, helping to make sure everyone reaches their potential.’
We have a broad range of clients, spanning both commercial and domestic markets. Our engineers can find themselves working on anything from local council work to rescuing a chinchilla from behind a wall in Twickenham! One of our most unusual jobs saw us floating one of our vans on a barge across the Thames to clear out the drains of Ravens Ait – an island in the middle of the river. The job needed the drains jetting so we had no option but to send the whole van over to get the job done!
It’s this ‘can do’ attitude that’s given us such a great reputation locally. We also always try to send the same staff to regular clients, so they understand the history behind each job.
For further peace of mind, and especially with vulnerable customers, we provide the names of the engineers when they book, so they know exactly who is coming to help them out.
We’re proud to be known in the area for our customer service. We believe, despite the growth of our business, that the personal touch has been key to solving customers’ problems quickly, efficiently, and at a good price.
In addition to customer service another key area of focus is health and safety, we hold many accreditations and are extremely proud to have been awarded the Gold Award from ROSPA in 2016 , 2017 & 2018
