Andrew and his team were very reliable and professional. Andrew’s initial survey was very thorough. His experience and knowledge gave us real confidence that his work would help preserve our very old grade II listed cottage. And his time spent on the detail was outstanding. We are so happy with the results of his work. We would highly recommend Andrew and his team to do a great job.

They were excellent. First they took enormous trouble to avoid causing access problems for our neighbour while altering our guttering; secondly they identified what we feared was water-penetration as a condensation problem resolved by thermal painting; and finally they fitted a PIV system to deal with excess humidity causing condensation. The guys were very pleasant, polite and above all tidy. We were very impressed.

Seamless Preservation expertly diagnosed the cause of rising damp and penetrating damp that we were experiencing. Work to fix the problems was then undertaken to a very high standard at a reasonable price. The service provided was excellent in every respect.

Andrew and his team carried out works to my late grandparents property so it was fit for sale. They did a wonderful job and kept us fully appraised at every step. Typically, as the job went on more works were required and Andrew talked us through all of these and gave updated quotes.
