Sean and Drew laid new turf for my front and back garden, laid a path in the front garden and re-pointed my existing patio. They were here on really hot days and worked tirelessly, I couldn't believe how much they managed to do. They were prompt each morning, kept me updated on their progress, and were very considerate with any mess that was created, i.e. making sure windows and doors were closed so that we didn't get dust in the house, and the garden was left tidy at the end of each day. I'm thrilled with the result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you!

I would highly recommend Sean . He removed our chimney breast. Everything was so professional. He always arrived on time starting from coming around to give us a quote to doing the work. The work was completed on schedule and looks great. He even helped me with the official paperwork from the council. He was also the most cleanest builder I ever seen. I would definitely use him again .

Best experience I have had with a builder. Stumbled across Sean D Winchester Building Services after bad experiences with tradesmen over the years, and recently. Was sceptical having been let down due to poor workmanship, inflated charges or no shows. Sean and his team were were none of these. Turned up on time, priced the job, respected the property and produced quality work which exceeded expectations. We have a number of projects in the pipeline and will definitely use Sean D Winchester Building Services again. Hopefully they will be available. I recommend them.

We had work done in our bathroom & have been nothing but impressed by this company. We came upon them by word of mouth & are thankful that we found them. The work has been completed to the highest standard by a friendly and polite team who are hardworking & helpful. Nothing is too much for them or the people they contract in to do work for them e.g. the electrician & plumber. Everything was cleared away & left tidy at the end of each day which was impressive & very much appreciated. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have building works carried out at their home.

Sean and his team recently replaced my garage roof, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The job involved a tricky design with one side tiled and the other felted, but they delivered a really smart, professional finish. From start to finish, the work was carried out to a very high standard. They kept everything tidy throughout the job and cleaned up properly afterwards. I’ve used Sean before and he’s consistently reliable, skilled, and professional. Once again, he didn’t disappoint. I would have no hesitation recommending him as the first point of call for any roofing or building work.
