We used Sean as the Architect for our recent conservatory to sun room conversion. The job went flawless with Sean providing excellent communication, he kept us up to date during all the stages of planning, building warrant and inspection as well as recommending a builder who Sean has worked with for many projects, W M Joinery Services. We followed the recommendation and could not be happier. The project was exactly on time and a high level of finish provided. We decided to go for a different roof than originally planned and Sean updated the drawings very quickly as to not slow down the project

Sean saw this process through from receiving our initial thoughts to receiving the building warrant from the council. He quickly turned our thoughts into the final drawing. He liaised with the building company and the council throughout and kept us informed at all stages. We would thoroughly recommend him.

I recently used this company to provide architectural drawings for a garage conversion. Sean was able to advise what was needed from a council perspective and also dealt directly with the council when required. Absolutely would use this company again for any architectural services required and would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Upgraded an older property. SL prepared concept drawings that that allowed us to visualize the layout and developed final design. Excellent support navigating the planning application and building control part of the job. This project took about 15 months from start to finish.

Sean provided great service from start to finish, processing a building warrant to add a door through a supporting wall converting a two bedroom apartment to three bedrooms. He gave me advice on building regulations, prepared architect drawings that matched my proposed layout, submitted the building warrant application and followed up to ensure it was processed in a timely manor. Once the building work was finished Sean arranged the inspection and provided me with the completion certificate. This was all done remotely as I was out of the country at the time.
