Hive Thermostat installation
Great job - hadn't turned out as I was expecting as it supposed to be a straightforward installation. Unfortunately, Hive responder wasn't pairing with the thermostat. Sebastian has resolved the issue and now everything is working perfectly. Highly reliable and top standard. Would recommend.

Checking and replacing faulty carbon monoxide detector

To replace the element in heated towel rail
Sebastian was punctual and courteous, and managed to replace the element without draining the whole system, which saved him time and reduced costs. He also provided helpful advice about my CH system.

Loosening a stopcock that wouldn't move
Very professional and efficient, he managed to release the stopcock without having to change the valve. Very honest and reliable, I will definitely be back should I need anymore work carried on.

Investigation and repairs to boiler
Super responsive - Sebastian has worked for us on several properties over the past few years. Always tries to get to us quickly - recently we had a real emergency and he fitted us in. We like the fact that he always takes photos of what he does so we know what's happened and what needs actioning. We always pay immediately work is done and we know that his good customers appreciate him
