New alarm system
Excellent customer service throughout from the sales team to the engineers fitting, good value for money, as for the technology spot on. Very happy would recommend after moving from ADT you kept on letting me down.
Replacing a old system with new.
Very professional team who arrived on time and completed the work to a very high standards. Happy to discuss and address any concerns we had on the day of installation. Post fit, excellent monitoring response and always professional to deal with.
Install of an intruder alarm
The installation team were professional and efficient. In the house for several hours ensured we were happy with the alarm and its use before leaving. Its been 6 months since the alarm was installed and has been extremely reassuring to have the alarm and to have the monitoring service. Controlled via a smart panel - makes it easy to set and unset the alarm. It's also accessible through an app. So can be monitored when away. We are very happy with the alarm and can recommend SECOM as a great choice.

Installation of a new smart security system at hime
I chose SECOM to fit my security system for a number of reasons. Firstly they came highly recommended, but more importantly when I spoke to Matthew to explain my requirements, I felt I was listened to and he understood the brief and was not trying to sell me things I didn’t want.
Residential alarm installed.
Had considered installing a residential alarm for a number of years. Secom were recommended to me and I must say they are brilliant. Quote was very competitive. Andy listened to our requirements and provided us with a package that really made a difference. Modern technology, slick and easy to use. Installation was top notch. Really impressed with training provided on how to use the system. You can see that they take pride in what they do. Lots of support from Andy and Secom. Would recommend them to anyone needing residential security.
