Right from the initial contact, the team at SAS Ltd were professional and helpful. They listened to our requirements and put forward a proposal that worked for us. I had some particularly challenging requests regarding the electronics and control systems, all of which they understood and executed flawlessly. On the 4th October 2025 I wrote a stinking review regarding the poor aftersales service from SAS Ltd. Within a couple of days Paul Stoker, Managing Director SAS Gates, contacted me with profuse apologies and arranged to come and review the issues that I had with the gates his company supplied and fitted. Having spent a couple of hours on site he personally resolved the issues to the gates and apologised for the inconvenience. A few weeks after resolving the faults he personally contacted me to ensure that all was continuing to be satisfactory; which it was. SAS have redeemed themselves to my

Booking a visit was straightforward and our problem was treated as a priority. I was given an accurate estimate as to when the visit woukd be made and kept informed about the likely time of arrival. The engineer clearly knew what he was doing and took time not just to fix the gate but to grease it and check it over. It has worked perfectly since.

Engineer turned up on time and talked me through what might be going on, then did some investigation. Everything was explained well and I felt I understood the situation. Very well done.
