Emergency call out, control panel kept beeping. Prompt and efficient service. Disconnected alarm, gave lots of good advice, very knowledgeable. Provided a quote for optional further work to upgrade the system.

Fran was responsive and attended site within the hour. He resolved the issue within an hour making the house safe. Within 48hrs I had a report on the faults found, rectification carried out and suggested long terms fixes to allow me to report issues with the installation to the original installer.

Our burglar alarm started going off in the early hours of the morning with a tamper fault. Fran answered my call at 5:30AM and by 6:30 peace was restored. Thanks Fran!

Fran and Julie were fantastic. We were offered a range of options and opted for shock guard as it suited our needs. Fran was very informative with how the system worked and with demonstrations. After a few days of us getting used to the system and it’s sensitivity they came back and tweaked a few sensors for us. We found Fran (securebuild) through an having to have an emergency call out for our faulty alarm; he was very quick even though it was late. We would highly recommend their services and we will be using them in the future if we need to add to our system.
