Punctual, tidy, good communication job well done, also educated us about future needs

Malcolm was fantastic! Gave us a prompt quote and kept good communication throughout. On the day, did a great job listening to my queries and doing a neat job with all the light installations.

I've Malcolm on a number of occasions, ranging from routine electrical maintenance to more significant jobs such as fitting a new circuit breaker, installing garden light fittings. He's reliable, thinks creatively about how to fix issues, and delivers a consistently good service at a perfectly fair price. He's considerate about property, had made friends with my cat (no small achievement), and makes having work done around the property a pleasurable experience.

Malcolm is professional, efficient and a problem solver. Getting him back to put in an extractor in the bathroom. Would highly recommend.
