Prompt, reliable, polite and very knowledgeable and efficient
Excellent service from Secure Glaze and Locks. He responded to my Checkatrade enquiry promptly, arrived exactly when promised, and was friendly, professional and polite throughout. He quickly realigned the locks on our French doors, completing the job efficiently and at a very reasonable price. He resolved what had become a real health and safety concern, as we couldn't access our garden during the hot weather with two dogs at home. composite front door realignment
My front door was catching very badly. The gentleman came out very quickly, (approx 20 mins) and upon looking informed me that the frame had shifted. As door was under warranty I thanked him and said I'd use the warranty. He refused any payment for the advice and his time.
