I couldn't give zero stars. I think a picture paints a thousand words....roof had to be completely re-done by another contractor, that was after additional payment (thousands) was demanded by Secure Roofing to fix a leak that was as a result of their work. Flashing was not replaced (see pic), broken tiles reused (see pic). Where new tiles were used, some didn't even connect into the existing tiles (see pic). Lastly, there is daylight visible through the membrane (see pic). Once payment was taken, requests to come and remediate were ignored resulting in legal action. Use at your own risk.

They Left the job with a leaking roof and poor lead work that fell out after a week. They didn’t return after saying they would several times letting me and my customer down. Now refuse to answer calls and messages after many warnings. They became very demanding on payment for the work when I was away and wanted cash for large parts that i obviously couldn’t get while away threatened to come back and rips the tiles off. Payment was made to agreed times as i was away a week after completion.

Had a leak on one of my properties Fred and his team member dean resolved the issue efficiently can not fault the service one bit, really appreciate it.

We had Freddie and the team out to do do an emergency repair and they were great, did an amazing job working definitely recommend
