Dean was very friendly over the phone and kindly walked me through the options and pros and cons of different locks, arranging locks closely matching the original door handles. Paul carried out the installation and was very friendly and polite, especially seeing as he had to climb so many stairs to get to me since my elevator was out of order! Great that they were able to carry out the work so soon and very satisfied with the result and price.
