Rang to request a visit as the original installers were not interested. Securitec contacted me later that a visit could be scheduled the next day. The engineer came on the time scheduled and carried out the necessary work. Explained everything to me and demonstrated all again to me. Great service all carried out efficiently . Would highly recommend this company and will be using them again.

Responded very promptly to my request on Checkatrade. Friendly and helpful salesperson and having downloaded a snap of our existing alarm provided recommended product and price the same day. Accepted quote and booked date for installation. Engineer was smart, tidy and informative. Work carried out swiftly and in a timely manner. Did have a false alarm call which required telephone assistance again excellent response. Would recommend this company
