I reached out to Security ETC for an initial quote and got an immediate call back from Liam to arrange a visit. Liam quickly accommodated an appointment and provided some guidance around camera placement, tech/equipment, and pricing. We scheduled the installation there and then, and Liam was back round in less than a week. All work was carried out professionally, in good time, with no disruption to my day. The HIK Vision cameras in black look great on my property, all cabling is tucked away, and Liam did an excellent job setting me up with the app. 10/10 service, cheers Liam
