  Electric Gate Repair

  Repairing damage to gates caused by a previous contractors poor workmanship.

  Following an exceptionally poor experience from Stuart King of Southern Security Services. Security Services were excellent. They responded to my Check-a-trade enquiry within hours, booked an engineer to inspect our installation within days, and provided a very professional quote the same day. When undertaking the repairs, we were kept informed throughout, they were flexible in arrange the repairs, and the quality of the work was outstanding. Such a breath of fresh air, following the disasterous and shoddy workmanship from the previous contractor. I can thoroughly recommend Security Services.

  CCTV installation

  My requirements were simple. A system that made me feel safe and a company that gave excellent after installation service. This company has given me both. Andy came and fitted my system last Thursday. He was quick, tidy and methodical. He took the time to clearly explain how it worked and was very patient with all my inane questions. When I requested a couple of tweaks, he came out the next working day and sorted it. The system they recommended and installed was exactly what I asked for. This company is highly recommended.

  Annual check and battery change

  The company representative called to remind us of the work that needed to be carried out, he arrived promptly, completed the work very competently and left without causing any disruption which, considering one sensor was located behind the 8' Christmas tree, was much appreciated. Always very polite and professional.

  Didn't show up

  Was recommended by several different locals as local to Hook. I agreed a 12:30 slot for today. I received a phone call 50 mins later, saying he was on his way and would be here in 35 mins. Really disappointed, I think many of these companies act like you've got nothing better to do than wait for a quote. If you can't get it right at quoting stage, don't have much hope for the actual job. Location is 5 mins from Hook. Poor
