    Servicing of burglar alarm

    We haven't had our alarm serviced since lockdown and we contacted Security Solutions through Checkatrade. We are glad we did. Tony's service was excellent, he arrived on time, and fixed the numerous problems the previous installer had created [like naming our garage the dining room!] Am very happy to recommend him to anyone who needs a new alarm or servicing an old one, he gives a truly professional service.

    Very pleased with Tony's expertise at his first visit to our house today. Sorted the tricky access to find the back up box to the house alarm in the eaves storage to replace the back up battery - much appreciated - as we didn't know where it was. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

    Work was carried out and fixed to a high standard within just a few hours of first contacting Tony. He knew straight away what the problem was without even having to visit the site which was reassuring and once on site he was very knowledgable about the software and fixed the problem and other issues for us promptly. I would highly recommend Tony and will be using him again in the future.
