10Verified ReviewMy alarm system failed on 21st December, a crucial time to be without security. The engineer arrived within 1 hour, diagnosed and replaced a faulty circuit board (only failure in 7 years since I took on the property/existing system) free of charge within our maintenance agreement. Replaced all batteries, too, whilst there. They always provide amazing service and it was a relief to be secure again the same day the fault arose.
