  FLAT ROOF REPAIRS

  Initially very good, met on site, provided quotation, agreed price and works carried out Albeit had to come down again to sort the leak on the new re-roof After care - Non existent, tried calling several times due to leak. False promises and no show. Not sure how my 20 year guarantee holds up Top guy but full of false promises and waffle. If you want Waffles go to paul.

  Tiles replaced on the roof

  Paul was supposed to fix our leaky roof and as it currently stands this matter is unresolved. He came and carried out the work in May but a few weeks afterwards we noticed that there was still a problem with the roof. We called Paul to ask if he could come and rectify the situation, to which he initially agreed. He then organised a couple of dates with us and never showed up to those appointments. After numerous attempts, we requested a refund at which point he stopped responding to our calls and texts. We now need to get someone else to fix this and need to redecorate.

  Small flat roof replaced using fibre glass system

  Explained well what he was doing and why. Over 2 days, 2 of them took about 7 hours in total to complete the work, in very hot weather. The work was also guaranteed for 10 years. Totally confident of recommending Paul Cross for roofing work.

  Installation of dry verge

  We had some dry verge fitted badly by another company. Paul came and sorted it out and also fitted some more dry verge to another part of the roof. Very happy with the outcome, if only the other company had done this in the first place. Paul agreed the price and kept in touch as to when he could do the work.

  No work carried out

  Didn’t turn up the 3 times as agreed. Didn’t return the numerous phone calls, emails or text messages after not turning up on each time. I had 2 taken days off work to be here when he came to do the work on 28th but he rang and said he’d come the next day, the 29th January. He didn’t arrive, ring or make contact. Never saw him again after the initial visit to view the job in early January. Complete lack of communication. Totally unreliable.
