  Leaking roof valley

  We had a roof leak that was visible on the inside. S Eleven roofing were able to identify the problem and resolve it simple and effectively. They erected a scaffold to enable the work to be carried out cleanly and safely. They cut the existing tiles back (as they were obstructing the valley), removed debris, re-leaded where needed and fully sealed under the tiles with suitable roofing products. We haven't had further issues and thankfully the work was completed before the recent storms! It was a pleasure dealing with Jem, really straightforward and clearly had a passion for quality workmanship

  Re-seat displaced tiles, fit clips and fill/point roof line

  Jem was very good at giving advice. Price was extremely reasonable. Came when he said he would and completed the job to a high standard. Left the area clean when completed. Highly recommended.

  Replace fallen tile and vent

  Jem went above and beyond on the job he first came out to do. Very helpful, polite and respectful. Jem knows his job well and carried it out very well. Very impressed and will be calling on him for other roof work in the future. We would definitely recommend S Eleven Roof Repairs.

  Repointing and Chimney Repair

  Jem lives up to his name! Hard worker, knows his stuff, and is a pleasure to work with. He did a fantastic job with our repointing despite the snow and saved us a lot of pain down the line with redoing our chimney top which we had no idea about.

  Replace broken tiles. Re fix ridge tiles. Re point gable ends. Clean gutters.

  Excellent service from Jem who carried out all the required repairs professionally. Very courteous and fully explained what was required. Outside area left spotlessly clean at the end of each day. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.
