    Extension

We’ve just had our extension completed and handed over, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the finished result. From the very beginning, the team have been fantastic. They arrived when they said they would, kept everything moving to schedule and took real pride in the quality of their work. It’s refreshing to have a team that is not only reliable and professional, but also genuinely takes pride in what they do. The workmanship throughout has been excellent. You can tell that this is a team of true craftsmen who care about getting the details right rather than s

Amazing work carried out, cannot recommend enough!

Selwood Projects have just completed our 80sqm patio, and we are delighted with the result. From the outset, Reuben was incredibly helpful, offering expert advice on the best products and materials for the project. The team were punctual, hardworking, and on site every day, with the work completed to a very high standard. The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. We’ve already recommended Selwood Projects to friends and family and can’t wait to enjoy our new garden space this summer and for many years to come.

Remove kitchen cabinet and sink to allow access to leaking mains water supply

Reuben came on 1st available date - a bank holiday and removed sink + the base of the cabinet to allow access to leak in pipe for mains water supply. He promptly returned once plumber had fixed leak (which they had caused when replacing mains stop cock) and restored kitchen unit and sink to its former glory.

Amazing attention to detail, honest and reliable

I had my old bathroom ripped out and a new suite installed by Selwood Projects and have been very pleased with the service provided. Ashleigh (in the office) was always available on the phone and I was offered lots of advice regarding the best products to go for/sizes required etc. The care and attention taken really shows in the final result and I am thoroughly enjoying my new space.

    Knock Through

We had a living/dining room wall knocked through, and some internal doors fitted. Very happy with the final result. They did a great job and we're really pleased.

At Selwood Projects, we believe exceptional construction is about more than simply completing a project - it’s about delivering quality workmanship, clear communication and a service you can trust from start to finish.

We are a family-run construction company based in Surrey, with extensive experience across residential construction and refurbishment.

Our team brings together highly skilled and qualified tradespeople who take genuine pride in their work, with many having worked alongside us for years.

Our services include:

Every project is managed with care and attention to detail. You will have a dedicated project manager overseeing your build, providing clear communication throughout and ensuring that the project stays organised, on schedule and to the highest possible standard.

We believe that the quality of a construction company is reflected not only in the finished project, but also in the experience of the customer along the way.

That’s why we place a strong emphasis on reliability, professionalism, cleanliness and keeping our clients informed throughout the build.

Much of our work comes through repeat business and personal recommendations, which we believe is the strongest reflection of the trust our clients place in us.

Our aim is simple: to deliver exceptional workmanship while making the building process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

Whether you’re planning an extension, refurbishment, loft conversion or a complete transformation of your home, we would be delighted to discuss your project and bring your vision to life.
