By ring lo e be el up to required level, raise boards in area by hatch and fire hinges to hatch
Kept informed of when would arrive, started work straight away ensuring stair carpet protected. Did all jobs as requested and removed all rubbish. Once finished showed work done and answered questions. Very happy with work done

Rendering and insulation of extension

To insulate living room walls and treat damp issues.
Our Edwardian fixerupper has been in desperate need of damp treatment and insulation. Simon and his team have gone above and beyond to help restore our property with special care paid to the period features. I would definitely recommend Simon and we're really pleased with the work he's done and the advice he's given us along the way.

Applying weather-proof coating to outside wall of house
Simon recommended an application of Storm Dry Cream to weather-proof an outside wall, that had water running down the inside of the wall after heavy rainfall. Simon came and applied the coating. He managed to cover the whole wall, including covering areas that we thought would be too difficult for him to reach. We've had several prolonged bouts of rainfall since then and the inside of the wall has remained dry. Simon was very courteous with a can-do attitude. He left the area clean and tidy. We really appreciate that he came up with a working solution to the problem.

External wall insulation applied to all external walls
SEM carried out the work to a high standard which showed in the wall finish and attention to detail with external rainwater goods and refitting of hardware.

Loft insulation, boarding and installation of loft ladder.
Very professional job from start to finish. Simon turned up on time, took precautions to protect the stairs and landing carpet, completed all work to a high standard and sent paperwork through promptly. I definitely recommend this company and would use them again in future.
