A gutter was banging against the house and Denis quickly got someone out to fix it for me. I asked for 3 ancient Velux windows to be replaced. This was done without fuss even though it was difficult due to differing sizes between the old and the new. Roof ties had to be cut to size and making good of interior walls was carried out without fuss even no fuss. An excellent job.

I think we were vey lucky to have found Senator Roofing. Our problem was a wet wall and leaking roof, so two trades. After one experience with a rather pushy chap we went with Senator as we felt more in control, even when the job became a full roof replacement. As the job grew , Dennis organised things very quickly kept his guys busy, everything was kept as clean and as neat as possible in such a situation, with life within our house going an as normal. It took just 7 working days to finish the job, now awaiting scaffold removal. I highly recommend Senator Roofing And Building Ltd
