Dale has been our preferred gas and heating engineer for our rental property for quite a number of years. He is reliable, responsive and efficient. And reasonably priced. He has assisted with our annual boiler service and gas safety certificate, in addition to emergency call-outs, rerouting of gas piping, and the fitting and removal of radiators. Dale was incredibly fast at responding when my boiler decided to pack in. It happened just in time for the weekend and Dale was honest with the weekend rates, advising it would be best to buy a PCB board and come on a weekday to save.
