Very disappointing
Standard of workmanship was poor. Lovely people, punctual, helpful employed to insert door in back of garage, create step to this door and skim the entire area to look neat What they left me with is a garage door that is often difficult to lock/unlock, a mis mash of several types of cement (4 different colours) a step which is far from flat, large puddles on steps, cement cracking like a mosaic and generally a mess. Have had them back and they had suggestions, all of which required me to spend more money putting in right. A leak in the roof had to be traced and repaired, this involved mending a gulley and retiling.

Carried out exterior repair works to render and painted the property. Repaired roof and guttering.
